C-200X is a specially formulated smokehouse detergent for the removal of heavily carbonized soils typically found in smoked or cooked food processing operations. Recommended for smoke house walls, coils, drip pans, conveyors, trolleys, ducts, etc. This product is safe on surfaces not harmed by high alkalinity and water, can be used with steam, manual scrubbing or foam generating systems and is free rinsing.
